As part of the USAID-funded projecttitled “Enhancing the Capacity of NGOs for Quality FP/MCH Services” project, the Consortium of Reproductive Health Associations (CORHA) in collaboration with USAID Ethiopia has conducted five-day training on organizational development and change managementfrom 17-21 November 2014 at Bishoftu town, DSW Youth Training Center for its selected member organizations that are direct beneficiaries of the project.

The Executive Director of CORHA, AtoHolieFolieofficially opened this training. In his opining speech, he underscored that,Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) have been playing a significant role in their contribution to improve the conditions of the RH/FP in the Ethiopia. However, their effort is constrained by limited organizational and technical competencies, which entail the need for robust and sustainable capacity building interventions.
